- Agency
- The workspace for a real estate agency or company inside Osool.
- Property
- The main real estate asset, such as a building, compound, villa, or commercial site.
- Unit
- A rentable space inside a property, such as an apartment, office, or shop.
- Listing
- A public page or marketing card for an available unit.
- Owner Wallet
- A balance that shows owner receivables and obligations based on collections, expenses, and payouts.
- ZATCA
- Saudi Arabia Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, including e-invoicing and tax requirements.
- FAL
- A licensing or regulatory workflow related to real estate advertisements and brokerage requirements.
- AI CFO
- An AI financial assistant that answers questions about collections, risk, and profitability, with human review required.
- Collection Rate
- The percentage of collected amounts compared with expected rent or invoices for a selected period.
- Overdue Rent
- Amounts due that have not been paid after the lease or invoice due date.
- Interest Request
- An inquiry from a potential customer about a unit published on the public listings link.
- Public Listings URL
- A link the agency shares so clients can browse available units without dashboard access.
- Virtual Staging
- Creating a marketing image for an empty room by adding virtual furniture or visual style using AI.
- Month Close
- Reviewing a monthly financial period and preventing unreviewed changes after numbers are approved.
- Manual Entry
- A user-entered financial entry that needs review when it affects reports or owner balances.
- Needs Product Review
- A status meaning the information or workflow needs Product confirmation before it is treated as complete.
- In Progress
- A status meaning the feature exists partially or is not yet a complete workflow for every agency.
- Planned
- A status meaning the feature is planned and should not be relied on for live operations until it appears in the product.
